This package is aimed at learners who may require GCSE alternatives. These courses are all nationally recognised vocational qualifications. They do not count in current KS4 performance measures, but are excellent qualifications for learners that produce their best work outside of exam conditions as the qualifications are 100% internally assessed. NCFE CACHE Level 2 Certificate in Understanding Nutrition and Health (601/3389/2)
This qualification is designed for learners who want to gain an understanding of nutrition and health in areas such as healthy eating, nutritional needs, weight management, eating disorders and food safety in the home environment.
NCFE CACHE Level 2 Certificate in Relationships, Sex and Health Education (603/4765/X)
This qualification will provide learners with the knowledge and understanding to enable them to make informed decisions about their wellbeing, health and relationships. It will help them build self-efficacy and develop resilience enabling them to meet the challenges of creating a happy and successful adult life and becoming a productive member of society.
