- NCFE Level 1/2 Technical Award in Child Development and Care in the Early Years (603/7012/9)
- NCFE Level 1/2 Technical Award in Health and Fitness (603/7007/5)
- NCFE Level 1/2 Technical Award in Business and Enterprise (603/7004/X)
- NCFE LEVEL 1/2 Technical Award in Food and Cookery (603/7014/2)

Content Summary
- New specifications were released this month for first teaching, and the first certification will be the summer of 2024.
- First exam series Summer 2024.
- New courses count in 2024 & 2025 performance tables.
- New qualifications have both examined assessment and non-examined assessment.
- Qualifications are linear; the non-examined assessment must be completed in the same year as the examined assessment.
- No resits available for either the non-examined assessment, or the examined assessment.
You may be delivering 2 sets of specifications this year, and it’s really important that your learners are registered on the correct one:
New specifications: Year 10 learners
Old specifications: Year 11s already registered, Year 11s that start a course this year
