- Legitimate interest: We provide an online education service for secondary schools in England and Wales. Each school customer has their own online account to carry out administration and teaching tasks. In order to create a school account, we require the school address as well as the name and contact details for the person at the school who will be the primary contact. When adding additional user accounts to the platform, we also require the name and email address for each user.

- Legitimate interest: We will contact our customers with regular updates regarding the online courses they are delivering through the iAchieve platform (for example, about exam dates or the availability of new resources). Customers will only receive these updates if they remain subscribed to our emails. In addition, we will send regular marketing emails to potential customers, again only to those that are subscribed.

- Legitimate interest: From time to time, we will contact existing or previous customers to request feedback or testimonials about iAchieve.

How long we keep information
We will keep data for as long as customers are using the iAchieve platform. If a licence to use the platform expires, we will continue to store the data so that schools are able to revisit any work completed by learners during the licence period. We will also keep data for as long as customers and potential customers remain subscribed to our services and mailing lists.
Your data protection rights
Under data protection law, you have rights including:
Your right of access – You have the right to ask us for copies of your personal data.
Your right to rectification – You have the right to ask us to rectify personal data you think is inaccurate. You also have the right to ask us to complete information you think is incomplete.

Your right to restriction of processing – You have the right to ask us to restrict the processing of your personal data in certain circumstances.
Your right to object to processing – You have the right to object to the processing of your personal data in certain circumstances.
