With schools now closed due to COVID-19, we’re here to provide our customers with continuity and support. We are monitoring the ever-changing situation closely and will do all we can to support schools during this difficult and worrisome time.
Our small team are all working from home, and your usual support is still available via phone, email, and webinars. We’ve seen a steep rise in learner registrations over the past few days, and we’re here to help if you need some extra support getting accounts set up so learners can work on their qualifications at home. Please just get in touch.
We are delighted to support schools during this difficult period by offering up to 6 additional months free of charge to all subscriptions. This will allow schools to use our e-learning solution during closure, and ensure schools get the full benefit of their licence investment on return to school.
Our opening times (8.30 – 17.00 Monday-Thursday and 8.30-4.30 on Friday) remain unchanged.
